We had an amazing stay exploring the beautiful city, and the hotel felt like a home away from home, especially with the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and cozy living area. It was perfect for hanging out together as a family, including my father.
For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly activities available on-site.

Couple's Romantic Getaway
Let me tell you about this place, the views were lovely from our corner room on the 35th floor, just amazing. Plus, the service we got from Fiona and Dely was great. They went out of their way to make our anniversary special.
Sure, it wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but for the experience we had, it was still reasonable.

We were thrilled to be upgraded to the Executive Studio with a stunning view of the South Melbourne harbor, making our nights unforgettable. The leisure room was super relaxing, and we also enjoyed the equipped kitchenette, which was a big plus. The only minor hiccup was the limited amount of milk and sugar provided for our coffee, but it didn’t take away from our awesome experience. 😊

great location with fun amenities
The location is superb, providing easy access to nearby shopping and public transport. The games room on Level 6 was a fantastic way to unwind, offering everything from video games to billiards, and the view from the 40th floor lounge made for a memorable evening.
The check-in process could use some streamlining.

Nice view, but needs improvement
The location’s pretty cool and the view from the room was nice. But there were some major letdowns. We found trash in our room from previous guests, and when we got there, it was freezing with no heaters on. The staff were friendly, but we had to ask multiple times for clean towels, which was annoying. They have a bar/lounge area which is nice, but the coffee pods weren’t restocked during our stay.
